Shipping Policy

If you’re buying something, we know you’ll be excited to receive it as soon as possible! We usually ship our orders within 1-2 business days after an order has been completed. If for any reason there is a delay, we will contact you immediately. Shipping costs are automatically calculated and applied during checkout.

Free standard shipping is included in the price of each product.

- Ground Orders above or equal to $55: Ship free

- Ground Orders below $55: $5 Shipping rate

- Express: $35.00 Shipping rate 

Shipping Times

For all orders please note the shipping time does not include *Handling time

- Standard Ground/Home Delivery: 3-7 business days (please note Saturday delivery is not available in all areas)

- Express transit time 1 - 2 business days

Please note: Expedited shipments are delivered Monday through Friday only. Shipping carriers may not offer all shipping service options to every location.

Packaging

In order to ensure your order gets to you safely, each item is packaged and shipped individually. We make sure to package all of our items in sturdy boxes with protective materials, so that they arrive in pristine condition and without any damages.

Tracking Numbers
When your order ships, we will send you a tracking number via email so that you can monitor your order's progress. Please note it may take up to 24 hours for your tracking number to appear in the shipping carrier's system.

Signature Required

All of our packages are shipped signature required. If you will not be home at the time of delivery you can contact the carrier and have it held for pick up or schedule the package deliver on a different day.
