Returns Policy

Premium Lounge will gladly issue a refund of your purchase price (excluding shipping costs) if you are not happy with your purchase within 30 days.

  • The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs for returns due to size, fit, or style (issues other than seller error).
  • Merchandise in original condition with packaging and tags is eligible for a return within 30 days of receipt of order. After 30 days, all sales are FINAL.
  • Your refund will be issued when the package is received by our returns department. Please allow 5-7 business days from receipt of the package to have funds processed back to your account.
When returning footwear, you must double boxed, meaning that you send the shoe and its original manufacturer box with an additional package so that the shoebox does not reach the buyer damaged. If the manufactured box arrives damaged it will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Steps to return your item(s)

Process Return Packing Slip and Return Label.

Go to

  • Enter your Order # and zip code, or use your Email Address.
  • Select the item(s) you wish to return,including Return Reason and Quantity.
  • Select Original Payment Method.
  • Review Return Summary and click Confirm.
  • Print your return label.
Pack your items and attach your new return label

Removed any existing shipping labels or stickers and place the new label on the box. Use the same box as long as is not damaged, if the shipping box is damaged use a plain box and attach the new label.

Drop Off the return package at your local carrier facility
  • The item must be returned in the same brand new, unused condition that you received them, along with all original as well as outer packaging, and accessories.
  • *If an item has been used or worn, it will be sent back to you at your expense.*
  • If the packaging is damaged, it will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • Refunds will be returned to you by the method of payment you chose for the original order and can only be applied to the same credit card. Your credit from Premium Lounge will be reduced by the original shipping charge unless we made a mistake. If your order originally received free shipping the refund will be reduced.
  • If you paid with Klarna or affirm, you will receive a full refund to your Klarna/ Affirm account and the amount and length of your payment plan will be adjusted accordingly.
  • All refunds are subject to quality assurance by Premium Lounge upon receiving. If the quality check process determines that the returned product was falsely claimed to be defective, damaged, or not as described, the return label fee will be reinstated and will be deducted from your refund amount.
  • Please allow up to 7 business days for the return to be processed after it is received at our facility. You will be notified when the refund is issued. Please allow an additional 5-7 business days for the credit to appear back on the original card used for purchase.
Items Returned To Sender
Please make sure that the address provided in the order is fully complete and correct. Any packages returned to sender by the carrier due to address errors, being refused, "recipient moved", "unclaimed", "Attempted Not Known", etc. may incur additional restocking fees.
Exchanges For Online Orders

Sorry, we do not process exchanges. If you are unhappy with an item purchased at simply follow our return policy. We will process a refund on the original item (shipping is not refunded) and will send you an email confirmation.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. If you would like to order the correct item please make a separate purchase for the new item.

Certain products are non-returnable (including, but not limited to, “Final Sale” items, hats, underwear, socks, swimwear, gloves).

In-Store Purchases

All In-store orders are subject to Exchange Only. Any item receiving a discount will automatically be considered a final sale.

In order to qualify for an exchange, merchandise must be in original condition show original receipt within 30 days of purchase Damaged or worn items will not be taken back under any circumstances.

Certain products are non-returnable (including, but not limited to, “Final Sale” items, hats, underwear, socks, swimwear, gloves). Layaway items are final sale.
