Can I change or cancel my order?

Free shipping on orders over $160. Flat rate $7.99 under $160.

What is your return policy?

Returns accepted within 30 days. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags and packaging.

Are any items non-returnable?

Undergarments, swimwear, and personal items are final sale.

How long do refunds take?

5–10 business days after processing. Banks may take additional time.
